How to File a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing:

Response Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
